House Calls
Medlab’s qualified and compassionate staff is ready to meet the needs of homebound patients. Our team of phlebotomists, supervised by experienced managers, has the resources to serve the broadest range of client needs. Each phlebotomist is equipped with cellphone so they can be located and dispatched on a moments notice if necessary. All of our phlebotomists have performed a minimum of 500 venipunctures.
Patient Service Centers
To better serve our physicians and their patients, Medlab Laboratory operates blood drawing facilities at our Northside Chicago location. There is little or no wait time when you visit our Chicago facility for blood draws.
Phlebotomy
Highly qualified phlebotomists are on Medlabs staff to assure every patient a timely and positive experience when drawing their blood for diagnostic purposes. Our well organized operations and logistics system allows Medlab to reliably service our service centers and to consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our contracts (our superior performance has helped Medlab Inc become a favored service provider to Visiting Nurse Service (VNS) in Dupage and Cook County). Our superb management will allow MedLab to effortlessly expand our phlebotomy department as we continue to grow.Our coverage area is vast and we now cover all Illinois and Indiana and parts of Missouri and Kentucky. Medlab is the only lab with such a vast coverage area. We provide excellent laboratory services for patients in all these states and are rapidly growing our reach into other states across the country.
Courier Service
Medlab’s guarantee specimen integrity by ensuring the efficient retrieval of patient specimens. We work with vendors who Utilize state-of-the-art sample tracking systems Medlab Medical Laboratory is capable of scheduling pickup and delivery to accommodate virtually any pickup requirements.
Client Services
MedLab Client Services department is operated by a team of professionals, and led by a dedicated supervisor with more than twenty-years in the client services field. The department is fully operational 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. We place the needs of each individual patient first We emphasize courtesy, compassion and professional expertise We strive to optimize the accuracy of testing and our promptness of service
