House Calls
Medlab’s qualified and compassionate staff is ready to meet the needs of homebound patients. Our team of phlebotomists, supervised by experienced managers, has the resources to serve the broadest range of client needs. Each phlebotomist is equipped with cellphone so they can be located and dispatched on a moments notice if necessary. All of our phlebotomists have performed a minimum of 500 venipunctures.
Patient Service Centers
To better serve our physicians and their patients, Medlab Laboratory operates blood drawing facilities at our Northside Chicago location. There is little or no wait time when you visit our Chicago facility for blood draws.

Our superb management will allow MedLab to effortlessly expand our phlebotomy department as we continue to grow.Our coverage area is vast and we now cover all Illinois and Indiana and parts of Missouri and Kentucky. Medlab is the only lab with such a vast coverage area. We provide excellent laboratory services for patients in all these states and are rapidly growing our reach into other states across the country.

HIPAA compliance efforts involve formal inventory, analysis, updating, and documentation of all systems and procedures covered by the several HIPAA regulations.
MedLab Clinical Laboratory commits that all aspects of its services will be compliant with HIPAA requirements prior to each HIPAA effective date with sufficient time permitted for our clients to confirm compliance. This is particularly important since both MedLab and our clients are “covered entities” under HIPAA that each has independent compliance responsibilities. MedLab will ensure that all aspects of its services comply with HIPAA to the extent independent HIPAA compliance by MedLab is possible. Additionally, all services provided by MedLab will be done in a manner that enables HIPAA compliance by our clients to the extent the services involve joint compliance requirements or independent requirements applicable to our clients as “covered entities”. Obviously, MedLab can not assure that individual clients will meet their independent responsibilities under HIPAA; however, we are committed to sharing information and coordinating efforts towards the goal that our clients will be fully compliant with HIPAA.
